Formed in 1996, PRM Services™ (PRM), has provided scheduled preventative and emergency maintenance and repair services. PRM’s fleet of fully-equipped service vans, carry the tools and supplies required to complete the job right, the first time.

To supplement its service fleet, PRM employs onsite maintenance technicians at different locations throughout the region. Managed directly by the property managers, our service technicians are capable of performing a wide array of duties, alleviating the requirement to engage expensive third party vendors.

In addition to repair and maintenance services, PRM performs capital projects, such as renovations, furniture assembly, rough and finish carpentry, light plumbing, electrical, and mechanical set-up.

Communication is the key component for maintaining satisfied tenants. PRM utilizes Corrigo® Work Order Management System, the premier work order and facility maintenance system available. Corrigo® allows coordinated communication with field workers, vendors and maintenance technicians, and provides for efficient and accurate tenant billing for services.
