Can our team stay on-site during construction?
Depending on the complexity of the project or the phase of construction, you and your team can certainly remain on-site during your commercial construction project. Our goal is to make sure your business operates smoothly and with minimal disruption while we build your ideal space. Whatever you need – we’ll make it work!
Do we need to be experienced in construction / design to work with PRM?
PRM will work on any commercial project, regardless of the client’s construction knowledge or experience. We have worked with construction experts, those who know absolutely nothing about renovating commercial space, and everyone in between. We will work with you every step of the way and explain all available options in a manner which you will understand. PRM will also handle all interactions with county and borough officials, securing all proper permitting and licensing.
